Crowds)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u6784\u5efa\u4e86\u52d2\u5e9e\u7684\u7406\u8bba\u57fa\u7840\uff0c\u8be6\u7ec6\u63cf\u8ff0\u4e86\u5f53\u4e2a\u4f53\u805a\u96c6\u65f6\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u5fc3\u7406\u53d8\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. \u7fa4\u4f53\u7684\u4e00\u822c\u7279\u5f81\u4e0e\u5fc3\u7406\u7edf\u4e00\u6027\u5b9a\u5f8b (Chapter I)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>\u4eae\u70b9\uff1a<\/strong> \u63d0\u51fa\u4e86**\u201c\u5fc3\u7406\u7fa4\u4f53\u201d<strong>\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u3002\u4e0d\u7ba1\u6210\u5458\u662f\u8c01\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u5f62\u6210\u7fa4\u4f53\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5c31\u4f1a\u4e27\u5931\u6709\u610f\u8bc6\u7684\u4e2a\u6027\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u79cd<\/strong>\u96c6\u4f53\u5fc3\u7406**\uff08collective \u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u9ad8\u667a\u5546\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\uff0c\u5728\u7fa4\u4f53\u4e2d\u4e5f\u4f1a\u53d8\u5f97\u5e73\u5eb8\u3002\u7fa4\u4f53\u4e2d\u79ef\u7d2f\u7684\u662f\u611a\u8822\u800c\u975e\u667a\u6167\u3002\u4e2a\u4f53\u5728\u7fa4\u4f53\u4e2d\u4f1a\u9000\u5316\u4e3a\u672c\u80fd\u884c\u52a8\u7684\u201c\u91ce\u86ee\u4eba\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. \u7fa4\u4f53\u7684\u611f\u60c5\u4e0e\u9053\u5fb7 (Chapter II)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>\u4eae\u70b9\uff1a<\/strong>
